Nourish - Grenada Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat

  • True Blue Bay Boutique Resort True Blue, Saint George Grenada (map)

"Nourishment means a quality of life; consistency in the way we treat ourselves."  ~ Kelis

You are invited to Nourish in Grenada for a 4-night experience designed to deepen your connection to our natural capacity for self-nourishment. When we enhance this ability to assess which parts of us are in need of more care and lovingly tend to ourselves with this renewed awareness, we feel more secure, peaceful and capable of showing up fully in our lives. As we prepare to transition into 2024, what better time to slow down, reflect and fuel up on what you uniquely need?

Join me, Malaika Brooks-Smith-Lowe, Professional Yoga Therapist (1000hr), Doula, Artist and cofounder of Spice Harmony Yoga, Grenada. Together we will explore practices that support whole being wellness including vinyasa & therapeutic yoga, the Great Yoga Wall™, meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, self-massage, journaling and connected conversation. Open to all levels of yoga experience. All bodies are welcome & supported.

We will nourish our senses on a culinary tour with renowned Chef Belinda creator of Flavours of Grenada, go on a snorkel adventure to our famous underwater sculpture park, head to a beautiful beach for sunset meditation and still have free time to relax at and enjoy True Blue Bay Boutique Resort.

Let’s retreat together, not to escape from life, but to drop more fully into its juiciness!

Testimonials

I was experiencing deep burn out, internalized shame, and a feeling of powerlessness when I came to the island. The retreat allowed space for participants to connect with each other, find moments of resonance, and harness wellness tools to take home with us. Grenada is a beautiful country that offers a profound history reflected in the food, culture, and people. I highly recommend!

-CN

Timing was everything and I started a beautiful session amongst the natural elements in the light and practiced through the most incredible sunset into the dark. The meditation and intentions Malaika coached me through were spot on to where I was at mentally, spiritually and physically. She gently challenged my body as I practiced with the support of some great yoga props…her knowledge, experience and compassion evident throughout the session and all prior communication.

I experienced an enlightening and renewing practice in a location with views that dreams are made of. Further taking away key notes from Malaika on how to continue on my journey of physical and spiritual well being and keep checking in with myself, carrying the incredible messages, feelings and practice with me onwards.

-Sarah A.

Malaika truly knit our group together. Her yoga practice is inclusive, challenging, and a lot of fun. She guides clearly through postures with her warm, steady voice and beautiful presence. The partner yoga she led us through was bonding and surprisingly empowering. Malaika attuned us both to the beauty of Grenada and to the love in our group.
