This an 8 week beginners yoga class series. Perfect for beginners and those who want to deepen their yoga practice from the ground up.
This 7 week series is a unique exploration of our main energy centers, known as Chakras. Each class will be designed to enrich the chakra that it is focused on: root, pelvis, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye or crown.
For most women, even if you already have children, pregnancy and birth comes with a whole range of emotions. We designed this workshop series to support you through all the stages of your pregnancy, so that you are better prepared to handle whatever comes up.
We invite you to bring your partner or a loved one at no extra cost so that they can learn about childbirth and how to support you.
Malaika's voice alone sets me in a calm place and her classes are very open to everyone's personality. I especially enjoy her wall yoga classes, special workshops and retreats.
I feel the difference in my life since I have starting practicing yoga with Malaika. I first started during pregnancy and it really relaxed me.... I really recommend the pre-natal sessions. I then continued after having my baby as a way to ease my body back into a exercise routine. Plus, it is my "me time", ah time when... as I sit on the yoga mat, I am more than just wife and mother, I am simply ME.... Taking care of ME. Thank you Malaika sharing your practice with me.
I had the pleasure of practising yoga with Malaika at the Spice Harmony Yoga Studio when I was on holiday in Grenada in 2014. It’s a really pleasant and relaxing space. This was my first time practicing yoga using the Great Yoga Wall and I loved it. Malaika is an excellent instructor, encouraging, supportive and attentive.
