It's been almost two years since our last Maroon Retreat so we are thrilled to announce 'Creative Healing' a full day designed to rejuvenate and inspire you. Do you want to live more creatively? Yearning for a shift in perspective? Want to improve your health?
Malaika Brooks-Smith-Lowe and Melissa Riddell have put together a delicious day of renewal with rich, interactive sessions weaving together yoga therapy, meditation, a smoothie detox seminar and hands-on demo (yum!) plus a Mandala Stone Art Workshop hosted by Stacey Byer.
