Join me for this five (5) week Saturday morning series designed to give you a sense of what yoga is all about. For the first time I've also added an option to have a private session with me at special rate. One-on-ones are a unique opportunity to receive breath and body assessments and unique instruction designed for you specifically.
It isn't about perfecting a shape with your body, its what you learn about yourself along the way. These classes will introduce you to a taste of yoga history, breathing techniques, mudras (hand gestures), meditation, and approaches to healthy living.
