In this thoughtfully sequenced vinyasa flow class you will begin with guided meditation to help you focus your mind at the beginning of the week. Then move into gentle warm ups, build-up to poses that give your a playful challenge and then cool down again so you leave feeling relaxed. You will also get a taste of Great Yoga Wall in each class.

For most women, even if you already have children, pregnancy and birth comes with a whole range of emotions. We designed this workshop series to support you through all the stages of your pregnancy, so that you are better prepared to handle whatever comes up.

We invite you to bring your partner or a loved one at no extra cost so that they can learn about childbirth and how to support you.

MaterniTea: Series for Pregnant Women + their loved ones

We designed this series to support you through all the stages of your pregnancy. Join us for info sessions full of practical knowledge, and learn gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques. You will connect with other expecting parents and have space to share your own experiences. We invite past participants back for one session with their babies so you can learn from their first hand experiences also. Leave MaterniTea feeling more prepared for the upcoming stages of pregnancy, labor and after baby arrives. 

You are welcome to come alone or with a birthing partner (husband/boyfriend/family/friend).
