It is almost midnight here in Puerto Vallarta Mexico but I absolutely wanted to share this with you before I head to bed. On my way here I had a layover in the Miami International Airport and had the chance to check out their Yoga Room. This is one of a few airports that have created spaces for weary travelers to stretch their bones during their journeys. Great idea right?! Here is a 20 minute sequence perfect for those days when you are cramped into an airplane seat or at a desk all day. It focuses on releasing tension from the upper back and hips. Enjoy!
